A higher angle decreases d_max, doesn’t it?
I don’t understand this completely. When you say surface dose you should mean the number of interactions on the surface, without interactions there is no dose. So for electron beams we are assuming that electrons are always at interaction unlike photons, throughout the path they travel. Which means that the dose delivered by 12Mev at the surface is higher compared to 6Mev. ?? And is the absolute dose delivered by 6Mev higher or is that lower than 12Mev as well?
