Exam Prep Membership Terms of Service

By purchasing or accessing an OMP membership, you agree to the following terms:

1. Single-User License
Memberships are licensed for use by a single individual only. Account sharing, credential distribution, or allowing access by others is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.

2. Access and Use Monitoring
OMP reserves the right to monitor account activity (including login history, IP usage, and content access) to ensure compliance with these terms. Evidence of misuse or unauthorized access may be grounds for account revocation.

3. Membership Renewal Terms
Memberships include an initial access period. Continued access or extended renewal may require proof of exam failure or continued eligibility as determined by OMP.

4. Refund Policy
Refunds are available upon request within 90 days of purchase. Refund eligibility may be denied in cases of significant account usage, policy violations, or abuse.

5. Delivery of Service
Access to OMP content is provided immediately upon purchase. Use of the platform constitutes confirmation that access has been successfully delivered.

6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. OMP is not responsible for unauthorized use resulting from shared or compromised credentials.

7. Termination Rights
OMP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

8. Modifications
OMP reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
